This session offered engaging dialogue with leaders from the Renal Healthcare Association! Each year they invite individuals to join committees for year-round networking through committee participation. Members of your Renal Healthcare Association board reviewed their strategic plan and shared their personal journey on why they got involved and welcomed attendees to share their hot topics. 

The renal healthcare association is the place for information impacting dialysis facilities and provides you an opportunity to advocate on behalf of the patients you support!


Adrian Amedia, MHA, CMPE

Independent Dialysis Group, LLC

Adrian Amedia currently serves as the RHA Treasurer and is the owner of Independent Dialysis Group, LLC. He has extensive experience with Nephrology and Dialysis billing, payer contracting, EHR integration, dialysis facility operations, access center operations and healthcare business development. Independent Dialysis Group operates 7 clinics in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Providing over 25 years of care ranging from HD, PD, HHD and SNF HHD.

Bridget Pfaff, MS

Clinical Operations Director

Gundersen Health

Bridget has a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and her Master's in Biology combined with 30 years of healthcare experience. She has been a pharmacy tech, pathology assistant and infection preventionist before transitioning to the director role. She has been in her current role as Clinical Operations Director at Gundersen Health for 12 years. Bridget currently supports Acute and Outpatient dialysis facilities, including a home program, Nephrology and other clinic departments for Bellin - Gundersen supporting patients in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan. She has been a volunteer for numerous RHA committees, but education and program planning are her favorite!

William Poirier

Regional Administrator

Greenfield Health Systems

Bill began his career in dialysis in 1989 as a Clinical Technician with Greenfield Health Systems, a division of the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. He quickly realized he had found his niche and spent the next eight years in both the technical and clinical arenas of outpatient dialysis. In the early 90s, Bill pursued nursing, becoming a Registered Nurse and spending a decade in various roles across chronic and acute care settings, eventually serving as a facility nurse manager.

Building on his clinical expertise, Bill earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and took on leadership roles, including Regional Administrator and member of the Administrative team at Greenfield Health Systems. He has also served as a member of the Medical Review Board of the Renal Network in Ohio, past president of the Renal Healthcare Association, and an active primary representative for Greenfield with Kidney Care Partners.

Today, Bill serves as the Executive Director of the Renal Healthcare Association, leveraging his extensive experience to guide the organization in advancing care and support for the renal healthcare community.


Stacy Vice

Vice President of Clinical Quality and Compliance

Rendevor Dialysis

Stacy is a registered nurse with over 23 years of experience in nephrology leadership. Throughout her tenure in nephrology, she has held many roles including Regional Clinical Director, Implementation Director, and National Director of Clinical Quality. Currently she serves as Vice President of Clinical Quality and Compliance with Rendevor Dialysis. Within this position she oversees clinical and regulatory compliance, clinical performance, the creation and maintenance of clinical documentation and liaison of the company's network of medical directors. Stacy serves on the board of the Renal Healthcare Association and is an active member of the Membership engagement, Home therapies, Education, Quality and Advocacy committees.
