Bridget has a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and her Master's in Biology combined with 30 years of healthcare experience. She has been a pharmacy tech, pathology assistant and infection preventionist before transitioning to the director role. She has been in her current role as Clinical Operations Director at Gundersen Health for 12 years. Bridget currently supports Acute and Outpatient dialysis facilities, including a home program, Nephrology and other clinic departments for Bellin - Gundersen supporting patients in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan. She has been a volunteer for numerous RHA committees, but education and program planning are her favorite!

Kim s a seasoned nephrology nursing professional with 38 years of experience across all areas of dialysis, including clinical care, education, and administration. She currently serves as a Regulatory Specialist with Rendevor Dialysis, where she ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and promotes best practices in dialysis care.
Throughout her career, Kim has held numerous leadership roles within the nephrology community. She is a past president of both the National Kidney Foundation Council of Nephrology Nurses and Technicians (NKF CNNT) and the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC). She currently chairs the Clinical Technical Exam Committee, where she helps shape standards for nephrology technical certification. Kim is also an active member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA).
A Fellow of the National Kidney Foundation (FNKF), Kim is deeply committed to advancing nephrology nursing and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
