Graceanne conducts qualitative and quantitative research analyses to support ATI’s clients. Prior to ATI, she worked as a Research Associate and Project Manager at the University of Michigan studying the role of health policy in healthy aging.

Tyler leads ATI's Complex Care Program, Policy, and Research Practice. She is an industry leader developing innovative financing mechanisms to support older adults with LTSS need, including conducting research related to Medicare-only pathways for entering PACE. Prior to joining ATI, she worked for more than a decade in federal health policy at the White House Office of Management and Budget.

Janelle Gingold is a Director in ATI’s Provider Strategy and Care Transformation Practice, with nearly 15 years of federal experience spanning health policy, public health, and research. She previously served as a senior executive at the Office of Management and Budget, where she led initiatives related to value-based care, health IT, and health services research across HHS. Gingold also held leadership roles at the CMS Innovation Center, directing Medicare and Medicaid model design and implementation focused on state transformation, behavioral health, and health-related social needs. Her earlier federal experience includes positions at CDC and HHS’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation.
