Ashley Paar is a Master’s level Dialysis Social Worker at Emplify Health by Gundersen in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Specializing in chronic dialysis case management, Ashley provides comprehensive support to patients, addressing needs such as transportation, insurance, community resources, counseling, advance care planning, and rehabilitation. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Prior to her current position, Ashley worked for ten years as an outpatient social worker at the county level, serving individuals in areas such as special needs, mental health, addiction, and child protective services.
Ashley holds a BSW from Viterbo University and an MSW from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is skilled in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care, and her commitment to patient-centered care is matched by her dedication to educating and mentoring other professionals. Ashley’s passion for fostering meaningful connections and making a positive impact extends throughout her career, both in her direct work with patients and in her support of colleagues.

Molly Cesaretti is a Master’s level Dialysis Social Worker at Emplify Health by Gundersen in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Working in dialysis case management of Home dialysis patients and assessment of new patients, Molly provides resources, referrals, and patient support accessing basic needs, advance care planning, transportation, community-based care, home health, PT/OT, and vocational rehabilitation.
Molly received degrees in 2008 at St. Olaf College in Social Work and Family Studies, later graduating from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) where she earned her MSW in 2021. Molly resides in southeast Minnesota with her husband Nick and their cats - Gabby and Anastasia. During downtime, Molly enjoys hiking, camping, and paper crafting.
