This webinar provided an in-depth look at the journey of opening and operating a dialysis unit within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). It also reviewed the successful implementation of the revised 2023 CMS Guidance and Survey Process for Home Dialysis in Nursing Homes, sharing compliance strategies and practical insights. Throughout her career, Kim has held numerous leadership roles within the nephrology community. She currently chairs the Clinical Technical Exam Committee, where she helps shape standards for nephrology technical certification. Kim is also an active member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA).
