Facility Managers need to be educated on the resources available to them, to include the RHA Core Curriculum and CMS Interpretive Guidelines. Aspiring managers need time, direction, and mentorship by "seasoned" administrative personnel to ensure success. Having come out of a pandemic drastically impacting our patients and personnel, the industry must support up and coming managers, leading and guiding along the way.
