Becky Berg is a native of North Dakota and is currently living in Thief River Falls MN. She has 3 very active kids who keep her busy year round. She has worked as a dialysis floor nurse, charge nurse, unit manager and now regional Dialysis Director for Sanford Health. She is currently co-chair of both the Education and Quality Committees. She created the 2018 version of the RHA QAPI tool and is currently working with a Task Force to create an updated tool. She joined the RHA Board of Directors last fall.

Melanie lives in Roseau, MN. She is married and has three children. She began her dialysis career in 1999 in Bemidji, MN working as an LPN. She then obtained her RN and CDN. Over the last 20 years she has worked in numerous nephrology and dialysis roles at Altru Health System including CKD educator, vascular access coordinator, patient care supervisor and the last 10 years as the regional dialysis clinic supervisor. She dedicates significant time to the quality program including annual enhancements to improve the accuracy and efficiency of internal reporting.
