Dr. Frament is a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in ambulatory, institutional, and community care settings. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2015. Following graduation, she went on to complete an accredited pharmacy practice residency at St. Peter’s Hospital, in Albany, NY. She has been practicing with a focus on kidney care for nearly ten years.
